Role Overview

This is a senior, entrepreneurial senior project management role responsible for leading complex building projects while helping grow our presence in advanced and industrial manufacturing sectors that support broader manufacturing ecosystems. The position emphasizes strong project execution, people development, client relationships, and long-term business growth.

Location

Southwest U.S. (Arizona preferred; regional travel required)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead building construction projects from preconstruction through closeout with strong controls on safety, cost, quality, and schedule
  • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing project teams and future leaders
  • Serve as a trusted partner to owners, designers, and trade partners
  • Support market growth efforts in secondary and supporting manufacturing environments
  • Contribute to business strategy, pursuits, and early project planning

Target Market Focus

Supporting and secondary manufacturing environments, including:

  • Robotics and automation facilities
  • Equipment, component, and systems manufacturing
  • Battery, energy, and electrification supply-chain facilities
  • Advanced industrial buildings in secondary and tertiary markets

(Excludes primary semiconductor or chip fabrication facilities)

Target Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of project management experience with a commercial or industrial general contractor
  • Proven success delivering complex building construction projects
  • Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills
