IT Project Manager drives client projects from scope to closure, including onboarding workstreams, Microsoft 365 changes, network upgrades, lifecycle refreshes, vendor coordination, and business-impact communication.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate IT projects with scope, owners, timelines, dependencies, risks, and client communication.
  • Drive onboarding, Microsoft 365, endpoint, network, firewall, backup, office move, and lifecycle workstreams.
  • Keep engineers, vendors, clients, and account teams aligned on next actions.
  • Document project decisions, change windows, risks, and completion evidence.
  • Escalate timeline, budget, access, and standards risks early.
Must-have qualifications
  • IT project coordination or project management experience.
  • Ability to manage dependencies across clients, engineers, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong written status updates and meeting discipline.
  • Understanding of MSP services, Microsoft 365, network, endpoint, and backup project realities.
