Hill International is seeking a Project Manager in Washington, DC
Hill is seeking to employ a Project Manager for a long-term, phased systems upgrade project in Washington, DC
Responsibilities
  • Serve as an on-site project manager with total responsibility for specific work packages as assigned from design, procurement and construction phases
  • Manage occupied building renovation projects with emphasis on replacement mechanical and electrical systems
  • Deliver all aspects of project management as an owner's representative including quality assurance, change order management, issue resolution, coordination, project controls, and reporting
  • Work independently, but keep all project stakeholders informed and updated through effective and timely communication

Qualifications
  • A minimum 8 years of relevant project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, mechanical or civil engineering preferred
  • Experience on HVAC systems work preferred
  • Experience managing projects $75M+ preferred
  • Experience with CM at Risk delivery method
  • Professional registration as a PE, CCM, or PMP preferred
  • Must be available to work full time onsite in Washington, DC
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to coordinate between the contractor(s) and multiple client teams

The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000. The salary offered will be based on the applicant's qualifications, education, experience and work location.
