Job description

The Project Manager will oversee a federal contract involving multiple subcontractor law firms across the country. The Project Manager will report to the Program Manager who has overall responsibility. This role focuses on assisting with the managing a contract related to providing legal representation to immigrants who are members of the Franco court order, ensuring effective coordination among subcontractors, adherence to deadlines, and comprehensive reporting.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate subcontractor law firms across the country to ensure aligned contract execution
  • Manage deadlines and ensure timely completion of all contract obligations
  • Assist subcontractor law firms to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Prepare and deliver accurate reports on contract progress and status to DOJ
  • Attend regular meetings with the DOJ COR along with the Centre Program Manager
  • Ensure subcontractor billing is correct
  • Ensure all time is entered in order for accounting to send out timely invoices


Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of project management experience
