Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and guide our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly in the commercial sector, and will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage construction projects from planning through execution and delivery.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings to communicate updates and address issues.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
