Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and orchestrate activities related to equipment sales, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality while meeting customer delivery timelines. The ideal candidate will be adept at strategic planning, coordination, and execution of projects with a focus on optimizing resources and achieving budgetary goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate project meetings and effectively communicate project information to stakeholders.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and monitor all project phases to ensure timely completion and delivery of manufactured and purchased items.
  • Utilize the "Job Wizard" to manage projects, keeping parts and inventory levels up-to-date.
  • Oversee project progress to guarantee quality and compliance with contract requirements.
  • Assist in drafting and revising project reports, specifications, and schedules.
  • Recommend methods and procedures based on team feedback and project performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate the development of project designs, drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain standard cost structures and manufacturing instructions for new parts and processes.
  • Ensure technical information is accurately shared within the company and with customers.
  • Support pricing, estimating, and scoping strategies for proposed projects.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate representation for accounting purposes.
  • Monitor project costs to maintain budgetary compliance.
  • Evaluate project outcomes to identify opportunities for improving productivity, reducing costs, and enhancing quality.
  • Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned.
