Job Summary
Plans and manages projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements. Coordinates project resources, contract management, and progress reporting while leading troubleshooting efforts to address issues and ensure successful outcomes. Monitors overall project performance, evaluates risks and results, and recommends adjustments to schedules, costs, and/or resources to ensure safety, quality, on-time delivery, financial performance, and customer satisfaction meet or exceed expectations as required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Acts as a specialist in managing projects of varying complexity, overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements, industry standards, business goals, internal processes and governance.
  • Advises senior leadership on project performance, risks, and opportunities, providing insights to optimize project execution, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Applies highly developed project management methodologies to define and actively manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring that all projects are completed safely, to the quality levels necessary, on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinates externally with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other external stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met, any changes are managed properly and that effective communication is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Handles complex project issues, identifying potential risks and proposing actionable solutions to mitigate delays, cost overruns, or operational inefficiencies.
  • Develops actionable insights based on data analysis and project metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement in project management processes and project outcomes.
  • Interfaces with cross-functional teams to align project goals, track progress, and ensure resource availability, acting as the central point of contact for all project-related inquiries.
  • Assembles and coaches project teams to develop a high-performing culture and provide guidance on best practices, risk management strategies, and client management techniques to ensure successful project execution.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
