Looking for an exciting opportunity to lead and manage complex projects? Aristeo, a leader in the manufacturing, industrial, and power & energy sectors, is currently seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join their team.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee construction projects ranging from $500,000 to $50 million, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance. Partnering with superintendents, you will manage all aspects of the project to ensure seamless operations and successful outcomes. What You'll Do:

  • Prioritize safe work planning and partner with site safety leaders to identify and correct hazards
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer and lead consistent owner's coordination and reporting meetings
  • Establish and maintain the project plan and schedule, setting objectives and performance standards, and monitoring compliance
  • Prioritize effective and continuous communication across client representatives, A-E representatives, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Manage financial aspects of the project, including projections, invoice processing, cash flow, profitability, self-perform and subcontractor costs, and ensure alignment with the budget while avoiding scope gaps
  • Ensure compliance with applicable Labor Agreements
  • Coordinate and oversee weekly subcontractor meetings
  • Estimate, price, submit, and negotiate accurate subcontracts and change orders
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep the project aligned with the plan
  • Plan and manage effective project closeout, ensuring an expeditious and quality handover process

What You'll Bring:

    • Ability to communicate professionally verbally and written with the ability to lead teams and resolves conflict

    • Highly organized with strong planning and analytic skills, attention to detail, and expert attention to detail
    • An ability to manage all aspects of a project, including technical, safety, schedule, cost, and financial responsibility
    • Proficiency with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, Autodesk Build, and Viewpoint Vista software
    • Experience in the automotive sector is preferred
    • Experience in heavy civil construction is preferred but not required

    Experience:

    • A Bachelor's degree in an Engineering-related field or Construction Management is required
    • 7+ years of experience in heavy industrial project management
