Job Summary
We are seeking a Personal Assistant to join our team! As a Personal Assistant, you will be stepping into a role with many hats, and responsibilities can include maintaining a personal and professional schedule, coordinating meetings, dinners, and events, and even running essential and non-essential errands during work hours. You will also be working closely with other assistants, company staff members, and even family members to ensure everything within the office runs smoothly. The ideal candidate has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, is incredibly organized, and can multitask, often working on multiple projects at once. 
Responsibilities
Executive Support
  •  Manage and maintain calendars, appointments, and meetings 
  •  Coordinate travel arrangements, flights, hotels, and itineraries 
  •  Track deadlines, projects, and follow-up items 
  •  Organize emails and prioritize communications 
  •  Assist with document preparation and organization 
  •  Schedule business meetings and conference calls 
  •  Help coordinate special events, trainings, and business functions 
Personal Assistance
  •  Manage personal appointments (medical, beauty, wellness, etc.) 
  •  Coordinate family schedules and activities 
  •  Run errands as needed 
  •  Arrange reservations and travel plans 
  •  Assist with gift purchasing and special occasions 
  •  Keep household calendars organized 
Household Management
  •  Grocery shopping and inventory management 
  •  Organize pantry, refrigerator, closets, and storage areas
