Job description

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects under the guidance of senior project management staff. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for construction and a desire to advance their career in project management.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination and management of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation activities.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, implementing proactive solutions as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
  • Assist in conducting site inspections and quality control assessments to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the project team to foster a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork on-site.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management or related roles.

  • 30-hour OSHA certification.
