Position Overview

Triad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services and solutions, serving clients nationwide. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading strategic, cross-functional initiatives that support organizational goals and business transformation efforts. This role oversees the full project lifecycle, from initiation through implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

The Senior Project Manager serves as the primary point of coordination between business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and executive leadership. This role is accountable for driving execution discipline, improving transparency, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring successful delivery and adoption of enterprise initiatives.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead multiple complex projects and programs simultaneously across business and technology functions.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and status reporting.
  • Facilitate project initiation activities including business case development, requirements gathering, project charter creation, and definition of scope.
  • Manage project scope and ensure alignment between business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and project deliverables.
  • Drive project execution through effective coordination of internal teams, vendors, third-party partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for assigned initiatives, ensuring actions, decisions, risks, and dependencies remain clearly documented and communicated.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders, technology teams, and external partners.
  • Facilitate decision-making by presenting risks, options, recommendations, and business impacts to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Lead project meetings, steering committee updates, workshops, stakeholder reviews, and implementation readiness discussions.
  • Provide clear and concise executive-level communications, project updates, and status reporting.
  • Identify, document, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and mitigation plans.
  • Manage project change requests and ensure impacts to scope, timeline, budget, resources, and business outcomes are documented and approved.
  • Support organizational change management, communication, training, readiness, and user adoption activities related to assigned initiatives.
  • Monitor project budgets, forecasts, key milestones, success metrics, and overall project performance.
  • Ensure compliance with PMO standards, methodologies, governance requirements, documentation expectations, and reporting cadence.
  • Contribute to PMO process improvements, templates, standards, reusable assets, and best practices.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to Project Managers, Business Analysts, and project team members as needed.
  • Support portfolio planning, prioritization, sequencing, and resource allocation activities.
  • Ensure successful transition to operational support following project implementation.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of project management experience leading business and technology initiatives.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance practices, and delivery frameworks.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate decisions.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, project management tools, and reporting platforms.
  • PMP certification or other related project management certification preferred.
  • Experience within financial services, mortgage, banking, lending, insurance, or related industries preferred.
  • Experience leading vendor implementations, system integrations, and enterprise transformation initiatives preferred.
  • Experience supporting executive steering committees and portfolio governance processes preferred.
