Job description

General Manager / CEO – Lead Fleet Upfitting & Vehicle Branding Operations for Flasher Fleet Solutions

Job Overview:

  • Company: Flasher Fleet Solutions (A Division of Flasher Equipment Company)
  • Salary/Pay Rate: $100,000 to $130,000 base + High-Upside Performance Incentive Compensation Plan (ICP)
  • Location: Victoria, TX
  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time
  • Project Scope: Commercial, Law Enforcement, and Construction Vehicle Upfitting & Custom Fleet Branding Solutions
  • Primary Working Location: Onsite

The Opportunity:

This is a rare opportunity for a high-performing operations leader with strong financial acumen to step into the dual role of General Manager and CEO. Managing a young, high-growth ~$2.5–3 million annual division, you will have full operational and financial control over both our specialized vehicle upfitting division and our custom graphics division, The Wrap Guys. This role is specifically designed for a strategic leader who wants to transition from a GM or VP into a true executive seat, offering a heavily weighted profitability-based incentive structure for someone hungry for real ownership-track upside.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Own the P&L and drive profitability by analyzing financial margins, cost structures, and operational efficiencies to execute long-term strategic growth plans.
  • Provide active, visible leadership on the shop floor, working directly alongside the technicians, wrap installers, and designers to earn respect and optimize daily throughput.
  • Build robust financial and operational structures, standard operating procedures, and key performance indicators where none exist yet.
  • Conduct ongoing competitor and market analysis to identify new revenue streams across law enforcement, commercial fleets, and construction sectors.
  • Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of upfit technicians, wrap installers, graphic designers, and office/marketing staff.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a General Manager, Vice President, or Senior Operations role within a shop, manufacturing, or vehicle service environment.
  • Deep financial fluency with proven experience directly managing budgets, P&Ls, and profitability targets.
  • Demonstrated track record of scaling a small-to-midsize operation and introducing process-oriented structure to a young organization.
  • High motivation to work under an incentive-heavy compensation structure tied directly to business unit profitability.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Direct background in vehicle upfitting (law enforcement packages, commercial work beds, ladder racks, partitions) or large-format print/vehicle wrap operations.
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams across production, creative design, and administrative functions.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary of $100,000 to $130,000 paired with a high-upside performance-based bonus (ICP) tied directly to net profitability.
  • Reliable weekly pay cycle.
  • Full medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage options.
  • Health Savings Account (HSA), gym memberships, and wellness reimbursements.
  • Paid time off encompassing designated holidays, vacation days, and sick leave.
  • Dedicated company vehicle, safety equipment, and a company smartphone or tablet.

About Us:

Flasher Fleet Solutions, an extension of the Flasher Equipment Company ecosystem, specializes in end-to-end fleet upfitting and custom commercial branding. We build heavy-duty turn-key solutions for law enforcement, construction, and commercial fleets while operating a premier vehicle wrap division.
