About the Role

As the Kelowna Branch Manager at Centrix Control Solutions, you will play a key role in leading branch operations, driving business growth, and supporting both customers and internal teams.   • Lead the growth and success of the Kelowna branch by executing regional sales strategies aligned with overall company goals.
  • Identify process improvements and implement strategies that enhance branch efficiency and performance.
  • Drive regional business growth by developing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and executing branch sales strategies.
  • Review branch financial performance, including monthly and year-to-date results, to support profitability and informed decision-making.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to branch employees while fostering a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture.
  • Monitor team performance, conduct annual performance reviews, and support employee development.
  • Strengthen partnerships with suppliers and manufacturers while identifying opportunities that support long-term business growth.
  • Lead regular branch meetings focused on projects, workloads, market trends, and strategic priorities.
  • Monitor sales activity and territory performance, using data and insights to drive results and support your team.
  • Oversee project execution, service activities, and operational workflows to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Share market intelligence, industry trends, and business opportunities across the BC region with leadership and internal teams.
  • Prepare monthly updates on market activity, project opportunities, and regional economic trends.
  • Ensure the branch operates in compliance with company policies, corporate governance standards, and ethical business practices.
  • Champion health, safety, and environmental initiatives by supporting audits, training, and continuous improvement across branch operations.
Who Weโ€™re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in branch management, project management, estimating, operations, or a related leadership role.
  • Proven ability to oversee multiple concurrent engineering, construction, and service projects while maintaining quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams, coordinating workloads, addressing personnel matters, and fostering accountability.
  • Experience reviewing quotations, contracts, and commercial terms with strong business judgment and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of project execution, procurement, inventory management, and operational workflows.
  • Ability to interpret bid documents, technical drawings, and specifications to support accurate quotations and project planning.
  • Working knowledge of PLC, SCADA, automation systems, or related technical solutions is considered a strong asset.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, project management software, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, internal teams, and leadership.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential matters.
  • Experience in the water and wastewater industry is considered a strong asset.
  • Experience reviewing budgets, financial performance, and operational results.
