The Senior Manager, Realty Project Management - DS, leads the execution of multiple realty projects by overseeing project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing store project leads, and facilitating stakeholder communication to align project plans with corporate strategies. The position requires directing associates and contractors, resolving construction issues, and maintaining compliance with company standards. The manager drives continuous improvement, supports talent development, and ensures projects meet operational and customer experience goals while upholding Walmart's values and ethical standards.

The Realty Project Management team leads the execution of multiple store projects, ensuring efficient scheduling, budget monitoring, and vendor coordination. This team collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver timely, cost-effective solutions while maintaining high standards for merchandise placement and facility operations. They manage project timelines, facilitate communication, and oversee installation processes to meet company goals. With a focus on clear planning and execution, the team drives project success by addressing challenges proactively and aligning efforts across departments to support business objectives and enhance the overall customer experience.
What you'll do:
  • Lead multiple Realty execution projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and Store Project Leads to ensure scope completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain cost-effective sourcing, timely delivery, and installation of materials.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings to analyze, plan, and implement project initiatives, taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers and architects to review and adjust modular plans and design changes.
  • Oversee project schedules, communicate impacts, and ensure alignment with corporate strategies and operational requirements.
  • Supervise associates and vendors, providing guidance on processes, procedures, and customer service standards.
  • Monitor construction issues, warranty matters, and ensure resolution to maintain project quality and compliance.
