Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Columbus, GA, responsible for overseeing construction projects from planning through completion. This position manages schedules, budgets, resources, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Daily responsibilities include coordinating materials and equipment, tracking progress, resolving issues, and maintaining clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams. The Project Manager conducts regular site visits, monitors quality and safety standards, prepares reports, and supports expediting activities to keep project milestones on track. This role also involves collaborating with logistics and inspection personnel to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
