Position Summary... What you'll do...Role summary:
The (USA) Manager, Operations leads multiple work streams within the operations organization by designing and executing project plans, managing timelines, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. This role drives business efficiency through data analysis, process improvements, and innovative solutions that support operational goals. The manager oversees resource allocation, ensures compliance with company standards, and fosters strong stakeholder relationships to deliver measurable results. By providing leadership and development opportunities, this position promotes accountability and continuous improvement while aligning initiatives with strategic business objectives to enhance overall performance and customer experience.
  About the team:
The Manager, Business Operations – Team Operations will own the day-to-day operational infrastructure that enables the central Walmart Connect International team to work effectively across functions and markets. This role partners with functional leaders, market teams, executive assistants, and cross-functional partners to coordinate shared team operations, group logistics, market visits and offsites, and common administrative workflows. 
  What you'll do:
  • Own and maintain shared team infrastructure, including distribution lists, calendars, directories, repositories, access, and recurring resources.
  • Coordinate team-wide administrative workflows, including onboarding and offboarding, group travel, expenses, and other operational needs.
  • Manage logistics for team meetings, international market visits, offsites, workshops, and other multi-stakeholder events.
  • Coordinate operational requests across market teams and cross-functional partners and track dependencies through execution.
  • Build playbooks, templates, and repeatable processes to simplify, automate, and standardize recurring operational work.

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $156,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
