he Operations and Middle Office organization plays a key role in enhancing the firm's operational infrastructure by partnering with Technology and business teams to deliver scalable solutions, improve processes, and strengthen execution across complex financial products. Working within a dynamic environment, the team manages strategic initiatives that support operational efficiency, platform enhancements, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary project lead for initiatives spanning Operations, Middle Office, and Technology teams, ensuring successful execution from initial planning through final implementation.
  • Manage a portfolio of operational transformation projects supporting complex investment products, including Private Credit, syndicated loans, and CLO-related workflows.
  • Collaborate with business partners and technology stakeholders to establish project goals, define requirements, develop implementation plans, and drive delivery against agreed-upon milestones.
  • Monitor project progress, identify dependencies, anticipate challenges, and proactively address risks to ensure initiatives remain aligned with business priorities.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level reporting that provides visibility into project health, timelines, key deliverables, resource needs, and potential areas of concern.
  • Oversee project financials, including budget tracking, resource planning, and allocation of team capacity across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations and communications for senior leadership by analyzing information, summarizing key themes, and presenting actionable insights.
  • Support strategic initiatives and special projects as business needs evolve.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 7+ years of project management experience within financial services, investment management, banking, or consulting environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively influence stakeholders, facilitate discussions, and communicate complex topics clearly across business and technical teams.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, ownership mentality, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Understanding of financial markets, investment operations, trading processes, and technology platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate problems, develop solutions, and drive initiatives through completion.
  • Experience with project management frameworks, delivery methodologies, and workflow management tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across functions, collaborate effectively, and influence outcomes.
  • Preferred experience supporting Private Credit, Loan Operations, and/or Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) products.
