The Project Manager is responsible for supporting the delivery of projects within the Strategic Fulfillment Programs portfolio, with a primary focus on initiatives impacting the Columbus Ohio distribution center.
This role will partner closely with Program Managers, Operations, and cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and execute project deliverables. The Project Manager plays a key role in ensuring projects remain on track, risks are managed, and stakeholders stay aligned throughout execution.
core responsibilities
• Support the delivery of one or more projects within the portfolio that impact the Columbus DC
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, dependencies, and key milestones
• Track and manage project performance against defined milestones, KPIs, and deliverables
• Identify, document, and help mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across project workstreams
• Facilitate project-level meetings to drive progress, resolve issues, and maintain momentum
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution
• Prepare and communicate project updates including status reports, risks, and required decisions
• Support resource tracking, timeline updates, and coordination across project contributors
• Partner with Program Managers and PMO to ensure consistency with standards
• Sustain strong working relationships with Distribution Center Operations teams
qualifications
• B.A./B.S. in Business, Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum of 4-6 years' experience in consulting, project management, or a similar field with a minimum of 2+ years in a lead project management role within supply chain or distribution
• Experience in leading physical infrastructure projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
• Critical thinking, logical structuring, attention to detail and excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with and influence peers, colleagues, and leadership
• Ability to facilitate issue resolution and drive consensus
• Ability to work and deliver in changing environments, under limited guidance while adhering to specified deadlines and budgets
• PMP certification is a plus, while proven experience in industry standard program and project management tools and processes is required

compensation and benefits package
lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $88,200 - $115,800 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
