  • Deep understanding of retail/marketing development lifecycles, creative asset workflows, and omni-channel content execution.

Technical Skills

  • Excel Proficiency: Advanced ability to create, format, and manage clear project tracking sheets.
  • Collaboration Tools: Strong experience navigating Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
  • Nice to Have: Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot / CoWork tools.

Soft Skills & Core Traits

  • Self-Sufficient Drive: Able to own tasks end-to-end with minimal manager oversight.
  • Confident Communicator: Comfortable leading meetings, asking probing questions, and respectfully keeping team members accountable to their timelines.
  • Solutions-Oriented Agility: Adaptable when priorities shift; able to manage last-minute changes with composure.

What to Expect Day-to-Day

Your daily routine will be dynamic and hands-on:

  • Managing daily email workflows and project follow-ups.
  • Scheduling key alignment sessions, shaping agendas, and running live meetings (in-person and via Teams).
  • Updating Excel project plans and cascading status recaps so team members can easily locate critical details.
