Kickmaker is a high-tech product design and industrialization agency.
We support our customers from prototype to production run in our main vertical markets (medical, new mobility, electrification, agrotech, robotics, IOT and consumer devices) and our cross-disciplinary skills (embedded AI, high-tech manufacturing automation, eco-design, industrial design and WEB 3.0 for the economy of functionality).

Reporting structure
The Project Manager reports directly to the Head of Front/Back or Kickmaker's Senior Management.
Within Kickmaker, the employee will assume the role of Project Manager, with the main tasks of managing the projects entrusted to them with the aim of ensuring team satisfaction, project profitability, compliance with internal processes, and the quality of relationships with customers and internal teams.
Main Responsabilities
Within Kickmaker, the employee will assume the role of Project Manager with the following main responsibilities :
  1. Support in qualifying requirements and preparing proposals
  • Contribute to the drafting of technical and financial proposals, in close collaboration with the sales teams, Program Back Leads, Program Front Leads, Program Sales Leads, and technical leaders,
  • Actively participate in the pre-sales phase by analyzing and qualifying customer requirements,
  • Identify project risks and determine the resources needed to staff the project.

2. Technical, financial, and customer relationship management
  • Ensure the overall management of assigned projects, from launch to completion,
  • Manage the financial performance of projects, in line with the margin targets set,
  • Maintain a relationship of trust with customers, promoting a "win-win" partnership dynamic,
  • Ensure compliance with contractual commitments (cost, quality, deadlines).

3. Project management and team coordination
  • Organize, lead, and supervise multi-disciplinary project teams (mechanical, electrical, software),
  • Ensure that teams develop their skills and maintain a positive dynamicm,
  • Define workload plans, monitor performance indicators, and propose corrective actions if necessary,
  • Ensure the successful delivery of contractual commitments made to Kickmaker's clients and ensure the expected profitability of projects,
  • Manage operational trade-offs and report to Kickmaker's executive team.

4. Overall management of project activities
  • Organize and lead project team meetings,
  • Review and approve activity reports produced by the teams,
  • Propose, implement, and promote new project management methods to improve overall performance,
  • Be a driving force in the continuous improvement of internal processes.

5. Quality
  • Ensure compliance with Kickmaker's quality procedures across all projects,
  • Promote and ensure compliance with current EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards in day-to-day activities,
  • Actively participate in internal and external quality audits.

As a general rule, the employee must also ensure that the company's brand image is built and respected by its customers and that the procedures in force are complied with, both personally in the performance of their duties and with regard to the employees for whom they are responsible.
He/She must ensure that they fully assess the responsibilities that may arise in the performance of their duties and may not, under any circumstances, claim to have been ignore them.
In the performance of his or her duties as defined above, and more generally in all his or her activities within our Company, the employee will be placed under the direct control of Kickmaker's executive team.
Any subsequent structural changes may modify his/her responsibilities and the terms of this control, without this constituting a novation of this contract.

  • Base Salary: $150,000 / year
  • Annual Bonus: $30,000
  • Total Compensation: Up to $180,000 / year
  • Experience Required: 8 to 10 years in a relevant field
