Job Summary
The Multidisciplinary Thoracic Oncology Project Manager will work directly with the Baptist Cancer Center leadership team to support the goals and operations of the Multidisciplinary Thoracic Oncology Program. Serves as a liaison between BMHCC sites, physicians, and multidisciplinary team members. Provides project management and administrative support. Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Responsibilities
  • Assists in development, implementation, and improvement of lung cancer care delivery models
  • Provides administrative support for scheduling, correspondence, and travel
  • Coordinates program activities, meetings, and speaking engagements
  • Prepares reports, presentations, and tracking tools
  • Maintains records of data, site resources, and program structures
  • Assists with accreditation, regulatory documentation, and compliance
  • Serves as liaison between sites, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Provides administrative support for thoracic oncology research activities
  • Supports quality improvement, operational, and strategic initiatives
