Job description

We are seeking an experienced and drivenย Program Manager, Operations to join our fast-paced and innovative team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, drive scalability, and support our growth in advanced manufacturing. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in the automotive or manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage complex, cross-functional operational programs from initiation through execution and delivery.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement operational improvements and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to track program success and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Create detailed project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure timelines are met.
  • Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement.
  • Champion lean principles and operational best practices across the organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or supply chain roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and project scope.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
