The company has experienced significant expansion in recent years and now ranks among the top glazing contractors nationally, delivering complex façade and curtain wall systems across large commercial projects.

This role will focus on field execution, installer coordination, and client communication throughout the lifecycle of commercial glazing projects. While prior glazing experience is helpful and preferred, the organization is open to strong construction project managers who understand general construction processes and are eager to learn the glazing scope.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced construction environment and enjoy balancing jobsite presence, coordination with installers, and customer-facing project leadership.

  • Coordinate installers, materials, equipment, and internal teams to support efficient project execution
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for general contractors, architects, and project stakeholders
  • Review project estimates, drawings, and specifications during turnover and throughout project execution

  • Strong understanding of general construction processes and project coordination
  • Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and leadership skills when working with installers, contractors, and clients
  • Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, and construction documents
  • Experience coordinating field operations and construction schedules
  • AutoCAD knowledge or drafting experience is a plus

  • Approximately 50% office / 50% field presence
  • Position ideally based in Rochester, though Twin Cities candidates are also considered

  • Quarterly bonus program based on company performance
  • Typical bonus potential around $15,000 annually
  • $500 monthly vehicle allowance
  • 401(k) with company match
