As the organization continues to expand its Industrial EPC and Construction Management presence across the Western United States, we are seeking a Project Manager to lead high-profile industrial, environmental, and infrastructure projects. This is not a traditional commercial construction position.

As a Project Manager, you will lead projects from planning through execution, ensuring successful delivery while balancing safety, budget, schedule, quality, and client expectations.

• Lead industrial EPC and environmental construction projects from initiation through closeout
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, cost controls, invoices, contracts, and change orders
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, engineers, and multidisciplinary project teams
• Develop and maintain project schedules while tracking key performance metrics
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, contractual, technical, and financial risks
• Partner directly with clients to ensure project objectives and expectations are achieved
• Support business development and future growth initiatives across the Western U.S.
• Drive project execution while maintaining strict safety, quality, schedule, and budget standards
• Utilize Microsoft Project, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and other project management tools to monitor project performance
• Prepare client presentations, progress reports, and executive-level project updates

• Proven experience managing industrial construction, environmental remediation, refinery, petrochemical, treatment plant, manufacturing, or heavy infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of subcontractor management, procurement, project controls, contract administration, and cost management
• Experience managing projects typically ranging from $1 million to $10 million or more
• Ability to work effectively in both office and field environments
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
• Strong understanding of project scheduling and construction management best practices
• Experience utilizing project management software and reporting tools
• Willingness to travel throughout the Western United States as project needs require

• Environmental remediation project experience
• Groundwater treatment system construction experience
• Refinery, petrochemical, or heavy industrial facility experience
• Decommissioning and demolition project experience
• OSHA 30 Certification
• HAZWOPER Certification
• Autodesk Construction Cloud experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westminster, CA.

The pay range for this position is $67.00 - $86.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
