Pay Range: $60/hr - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).


Key Responsibilities:


  • Re-pricing of FAR 12 and FAR 15 Cost Proposals using labor and material estimates.
  • Lead and oversee the execution of the project.
  • Ensure alignment with strategic objectives
  • Utilize project management tools and processes to maximize program performance.
  • Manage and deliver pricing programs within scope, schedule, and budget
  • Identify and mitigate program risks and issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure program success
  • Ensure pricing proposals meet customer needs and are compliant with FAR 15 and FAR 12
  • Provide leadership and guidance to program teams
  • Participate in Big Room Planning Sessions with Cross Functional teams
  • Monitor and report program performance metrics
  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and practices.
