Project Manager – Residential Construction 

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-end residential construction projects from contract to completion. The Project Manager will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining excellent client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager**

  • Manage all phases of construction projects scheduling, permits, trade partner coordination, and inspections.
  • Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and internal crews to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, providing weekly updates and keeping selections and timelines on track.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules in Buildertrend, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure safety compliance, jobsite cleanliness, and quality craftsmanship.
  • Lead punch list and warranty processes to deliver a “zero punch list” experience at closing.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and designers to resolve design or construction challenges.
  • Uphold company mission, vision, and values in all communications and decisions.

**Qualifications**

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction (custom homes or remodeling).
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and construction best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency with project management software (Buildertrend preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to homeowner satisfaction.
