The H-1B visa allows U.S. employers to temporarily employ foreign workers in specialty occupations requiring specialized knowledge and a bachelor's degree or higher. Project Managers on H-1B visas typically oversee projects, manage teams, and ensure that project goals are met within specified timelines and budgets. They may work in a variety of industries such as IT, construction, engineering, or healthcare. Employers must sponsor the H-1B visa, and the process involves meeting eligibility requirements set by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
