AT&T is seeking a Project Manager to drive day‑to‑day project execution, collaborating with senior service and program managers to deliver high‑quality outcomes through effective contractor management. Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities: * This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.
* Execute and manage assigned projects within the RIS I contract, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives are met.
* Plan, coordinate, and allocate project resources, including staffing, facilities, and budgets, to support successful project delivery.
* Identify, monitor, and mitigate project‑level risks and issues, escalating as needed to minimize impacts to cost, schedule, or performance.
* Develop and deliver project status reports, briefings, and deliverables to the Government Project Manager and project stakeholders.
* Coordinate day‑to‑day project activities across technical teams, subcontractors, and government partners, ensuring alignment and accountability.
* Adjust project priorities and schedules in response to evolving mission needs, maintaining momentum in a dynamic operational environment.
* Provide direct tasking, guidance, and oversight to project team members, tracking progress and ensuring execution against approved plans.
* Rapidly assemble and lead focused project teams to resolve urgent or unplanned project challenges.
* Support operational requirements in a 24x7 environment, including after‑hours project support as needed to meet SLAs and mission demands. Required Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph.
