Job Summary:
Natuvion is a fast-growing global technology firm specializing in data migration and compliance. They are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead full end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, managing data migration activities and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
• Lead complex SAP S/4HANA projects from planning to go‑live
• Drive cross‑functional teams and global stakeholders
• Oversee data migration strategy, mock cycles, validation, defect management, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization
• Deliver clear and actionable status reporting, steering committee materials, and risk/issue logs, ensuring executive-level communication
• Build and manage comprehensive plans covering scope, schedule, budget, risks, interdependencies, and resource requirements
• Support process transformation and organizational change
Qualifications:
Required:
• Lead PM on at least one full SAP S/4HANA transformation
• PMP or Scrum Master
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
• Strong SAP delivery and data migration experience
Preferred:
• SAP Activate certification
• Degree + SAP methodology training (ideal)
• German or Spanish a plus
