Job description

Newhouse Project Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support business, technology, and organizational improvement initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who can manage complex projects, coordinate stakeholders, keep work moving across teams, and bring structure to initiatives that involve change, process improvement, or operational transformation.

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, tracking, and supporting project execution from initiation through completion.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage assigned projects from planning through delivery
  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and status updates
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and project resources
  • Track risks, issues, dependencies, deliverables, and action items
  • Support organizational change, process improvement, and operational initiatives
  • Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and follow up on next steps
  • Communicate project progress clearly to leadership and project stakeholders
  • Help ensure projects stay aligned with scope, schedule, and expected outcomes

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Public Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects
  • Experience leading organizational change, communication, or process improvement initiatives
