Software: Procore experience required

About the Company

We are a growing commercial construction firm based in Randolph, MA, delivering high-quality tenant improvement and ground-up projects across the Greater Boston area. Our team is known for strong field coordination, organized project delivery, and long-term client relationships.

The Role

The Project Manager will oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. This role works closely with superintendents, subcontractors, and ownership to keep projects moving efficiently and profitably.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage commercial construction projects from award through completion

  • Oversee project budgets, cost tracking, and change orders

  • Develop and maintain project schedules and work plans

  • Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors

  • Lead project meetings and communicate with owners, architects, and consultants

  • Utilize Procore for document control, RFIs, submittals, and project tracking

  • Review and negotiate subcontractor scopes and contracts

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements

  • Manage project closeout documentation and turnover

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction

  • Experience with tenant improvement and/or ground-up projects

  • Strong working knowledge of Procore (required)

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong understanding of construction means and methods

  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
