Job description

Job Title: Project Manager
Job Location: Ft Belvoir, VA
Security Clearance: Active, in-scope US Government-issued Secret clearance
Travel: 30% - Bulgaria, Georgia, and Romania (or as mission dictates)
 
Position Summary:
Kwaan Bear Technology is seeking a Project Manager to support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case management activities throughout the full lifecycle. This role requires knowledge of FMS policies, procedures, organizational relationships, and case processes, as well as the ability to coordinate with international partners, government stakeholders, and technical subject-matter experts.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Support FMS case development, processing, execution, and monitoring.

  • Document requirements and manage cases in U.S. Government-directed systems.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, delivery goals, objectives, and budgets.

  • Prepare meeting minutes, executive summaries, reports, and briefings.

  • Track technical performance, schedules, and risks, and provide reporting support.

  • Assist with acquisition documentation to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.

  • Coordinate meeting agendas, invitations, and results for government-hosted events.

  • Identify opportunities for Continuous Process Improvement (CPI).

Qualifications:

  • Experience in project or program management support.

  • Familiarity with FMS policies, procedures, and lifecycle processes.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills.

  • Experience with scheduling, risk tracking, and stakeholder coordination.

  • Knowledge of acquisition documentation and compliance requirements.
