In this role, you will impact the company's ability to drive innovation, deliver high-quality products, and achieve business objectives specific to the global hospitality vertical. You will report directly to our General Manger for Hospitality, and you'll work out of our Atlanta, Georgia location on a hybrid work schedule.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 8 or more years of experience in engineering leadership roles, specifically within the hospitality or adjacent verticals or within Building Automation industry.

  • Strong technical expertise in engineering disciplines relevant to hospitality or commercial real estate solutions.

  • Proven track record of successful project execution and delivery in the hospitality sector.

  • Experience with engineering best practices, quality standards, and regulatory requirements specific to hospitality.
