To thrive as a Project Manager Blockchain, you need a strong background in project management methodologies, blockchain fundamentals, and a relevant degree or certification such as PMP or Scrum Master. Familiarity with blockchain platforms (like Ethereum or Hyperledger), project management tools (such as Jira or Trello), and smart contract development is typically required.
