What does a project manager in blockchain do?

A Project Manager in Blockchain oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that involve blockchain technology. They coordinate teams of developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Their responsibilities include defining project scope, setting timelines, managing risks, and ensuring that solutions meet business requirements. Additionally, they need a strong understanding of blockchain concepts to bridge the gap between technical teams and business objectives.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a project manager blockchain, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Project Manager Blockchain, you need a strong background in project management methodologies, blockchain fundamentals, and a relevant degree or certification such as PMP or Scrum Master.
