Position Title: Architectural Solutions Project Manager

Reports to: Director of Architectural Solutions

The Architectural Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end execution of DIRTT wall systems and MechoShades projects, from pre-construction through installation and closeout. This role ensures alignment across clients, general contractors, vendors, and internal teams while maintaining direct responsibility for scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who operates with urgency, proactively resolves issues, and ensures seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary liaison with clients, general contractors, and installation teams.
  • Lead pre-construction activities including site verification, submittals, and shop drawing review.
  • Coordinate with DIRTT and MechoShades vendors on design, production, and delivery timelines.
  • Manage full project lifecycle: scope, schedule, budget, and execution.
  • Drive project schedules and proactively resolve delays or conflicts.
  • Review and validate estimates, proposals, and awarded scope.
  • Manage change orders, ensuring proper documentation, pricing, and approvals.
  • Oversee field installation, ensuring quality, design intent, and site coordination.
  • Identify risks and implement corrective actions in real time.
  • Maintain accurate and organized project documentation.
  • Manage punch list, project closeout, and client turnover.
  • Lead project communication across clients, general contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Deliver regular progress reports covering schedule, budget, risks, and milestones.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or Architectural Design
Preferred
Minimum of three to five years of experience involving construction and/or real estate activities

Proficiency in MS Project, CRM, and CORE

Excellent risk management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
