The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing luxury residential renovation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. While primarily office-based, this role requires regular site visits to monitor progress and engage directly with clients, subcontractors, and trades.

We are looking for someone who is bilingual, with strong proficiency in French, highly organized, and excels in client-facing interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage high-end custom renovation projects from pre-construction to final handover.

  • Develop project budgets, timelines, and scopes, and ensure strict adherence throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house teams to meet project milestones and quality standards.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations with professionalism and transparency.

  • Conduct frequent site visits to oversee work quality, ensure compliance with plans, and address issues proactively.

  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and consultants to ensure design intent is realized and construction details are executed accurately.

  • Track project costs and manage changes to maintain budget control.

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, schedules, and reports.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction project management, ideally with high-end or custom renovations.

  • Fluent in French (spoken and written); English proficiency is an asset.

  • Deep knowledge of residential construction processes and local building regulations in Quebec.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities—able to manage client relationships and lead project teams effectively.

  • Proficient with construction management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Buildertrend, CoConstruct, etc.).

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regular travel to job sites.
