Brand Communications & Experience Manager - Patcraft

Position Overview

At Patcraft, we believe every experience shapes our brand. As the Manager, Brand Communication & Experience, you will play a key role in bringing our brand to life across internal and external touchpoints, ensuring every interaction reflects who we are, what we stand for, and the impact we create for our customers. This role is ideal for a highly organized, collaborative marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of communication, customer engagement, project management, and brand strategy. You will lead internal communications, customer engagement initiatives, sales enablement efforts, events, and launch support while partnering closely with Sales, Product Development, Segment Leadership, and external agencies to drive meaningful brand experiences. You will influence how Patcraft shows up in the market, strengthen connections with customers and internal teams, and help deliver programs that support business growth and elevate our brand presence. Thishybridrole isbased in Cartersville,GAa minimum of 3 days a week arerequiredin office.

What You'll Do

Brand Communications & Internal Engagement

Help shape and amplify the Patcraft story by developing communications and experiences that inspire, inform, and engage.

  • Drive public relations initiatives by partnering with external agencies on editorial placements, award submissions, industry recognition opportunities, and brand visibility efforts.

  • Lead development and execution of internal communications including sales updates, newsletters, presentation materials, training communications, and engagement campaigns.

  • Manage content development and distribution for internal communication channels, ensuring messaging remains relevant, clear, and aligned with business priorities.

  • Partner with segment leaders and design teams to develop compelling case studies, customer success stories, and project profiles that showcase Patcraft's impact beyond the floor.

  • Coordinate project photography acquisition, rights management, and distribution to support sales, marketing, and customer-facing initiatives.

  • Support collection introductions, platform launches, and other strategic brand initiatives through thoughtful communication planning and execution.

Customer Experience, Events & Engagement

Create meaningful experiences that strengthen customer relationships, support sales growth, and deepen engagement with the Patcraft brand.

  • Lead planning and execution of customer events, webinars, mill visits, sales meetings, trade shows, and industry conferences.

  • Manage event logistics, communications, budgets, timelines, and post-event follow-up to ensure exceptional attendee experiences.

  • Partner with regional sales teams and leadership to develop customer engagement opportunities and market-facing events.

  • Coordinate ongoing sales enablement activities including webinars, training programs, RVP meetings, and marketing enrichment opportunities.

  • Collaborate with segment leaders and subject matter experts to support the development and launch of CEU programs and educational content.

  • Identify opportunities to elevate customer experiences and strengthen engagement throughout the customer journey.

Project Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Serve as a connector across teams, ensuring strategic initiatives move forward efficiently and effectively.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, deadlines, stakeholders, and business needs.

  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Category Management, Operations, and external partners.

  • Maintain project plans, timelines, communications, and documentation to ensure visibility and alignment across stakeholders.

  • Identify opportunities to improve communication processes, streamline workflows, and enhance team effectiveness.

  • Contribute to a collaborative, innovative, and customer-focused culture while serving as a trusted partner to internal teams.

What You Bring

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field preferred.

  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, customer engagement, brand management, project management, events, or related disciplines.

  • Ability to come onsite minimum 3 days a week.

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns, communications programs, customer events, or employee engagement initiatives.

  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work with a high degree of initiative, accountability, and ownership.

  • Ability to travel up to 20%

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling, customer-focused messaging.

  • Experience coordinating with agencies, vendors, consultants, and external partners.

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or related design tools.
