In this highly visible role, you'll partner with local and global teams to deliver projects that support operational excellence, business growth, and continuous improvement.

From capital investments and facility expansions to product introductions, technology transfers, and product relocations, you will play a key role in bringing complex projects to life. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional experts, build strong stakeholder relationships, and lead projects from concept through execution while ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and operational objectives.

Your background

  • Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, execution, and performance management.

  • Experience working within Integrated Transformer Management (ITM) systems, manufacturing frameworks, or similar operational excellence programs is highly preferred.

  • Project Management certification or advanced project management training is considered a strong asset.

  • Ability to influence and coordinate resources across teams without direct reporting authority, supported by excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Candidate must already have authorization to work in the United States that would permit employment with Hitachi Energy.
