Characteristics of Work This is second-level project management work involving the planning, coordination, implementation, and oversight of complex projects. The incumbent manages project scope, objectives, resources, timelines, deliverables, and outcomes; coordinates the work of project team members; communicates with stakeholders; and ensures projects are completed in accordance with agency goals, requirements, and established timelines. Examples of Work Examples of work include managing complex agency-level or statewide projects; developing project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables; identifying project resources and coordinating project team activities; assigning responsibilities and monitoring progress; tracking project risks, issues, and outcomes; communicating project status to business owners, managers, project teams, and stakeholders; facilitating meetings and project discussions; reviewing project documentation for accuracy and completeness; assisting with process improvements and implementation strategies; ensuring project activities align with agency objectives; and performing related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 years of experience.
