In this role, you will:
  • Support the GBS Integrated PMO governance model and decision-making processes
  • Contribute to standardized planning and estimation approaches
  • Build and maintain templates and guidance for program teams
  • Capture and translate lessons learned into actionable improvements
  • Analyze program inputs to identify risks, dependencies, and themes
  • Provide clear insights and reporting to leadership

Who You Are:
  • 5-8 years of PMO, program governance, or transformation experience
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and operate in global, matrixed environments
