Position Summary
Are you someone who enjoys keeping projects organized, solving problems, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks? We're looking for a Project Assistant to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting projects from start to finish.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administrative or project coordination experience who wants to grow their career in operations or project management. You'll work alongside experienced Project Managers, interact with customers and vendors, and help keep projects moving forward in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do
Support Project Success
  • Partner with Project Managers to keep projects organized, on schedule, and running efficiently.
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate project activities, and track important milestones and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and electronic files.
  • Update project management systems, spreadsheets, and reports with current project information.

Be the Communication Hub
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal team members.
  • Coordinate communication between the office and field teams to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Follow up on outstanding action items and provide timely project updates.
  • Build positive relationships through professional phone and email communication.

Keep Operations Running Smoothly
  • Prepare reports, organize project files, and ensure documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Assist with purchasing, scheduling, and administrative workflows.
  • Support compliance and documentation requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
