Position Overview
Are you a civil engineer ready to transition from production-heavy tasks to true project ownership in one of the Southeast's fastest-growing coastal markets? We are seeking a Project Manager / Project Engineer to lead high-impact site development initiatives from our Myrtle Beach office. In this role, you aren't just drafting plans; you are the primary architect of the project lifecycle-steering complex land-use challenges into successful, built environments for both public and private sector clients.

Core Responsibilities
  • Full-Lifecycle Stewardship: Orchestrate all aspects of civil site development, guiding projects from initial feasibility and master planning through final construction administration.
  • Strategic Site Design: Direct the preparation of comprehensive site plans, ensuring technical precision in grading, complex drainage systems, utility infrastructure, and erosion control.
  • Regulatory Diplomacy: Act as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to navigate permitting hurdles and ensure seamless project approvals.
  • Financial & Operational Oversight: Manage project budgets, track business metrics, and ensure deliverables are met with both technical accuracy and fiscal responsibility.

Required Qualifications
