We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Level 4 IT Project Manager to lead our most complex, high-impact, and large-scale technology initiatives. As a Project Manager at HII, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish,working with cross-functional partners across the company, business stakeholders, IT Management, enterprise resources, managed service providers, and vendors. You will act as a strategic orchestrator to deliver measurable business value. You will be responsible for defining project scope, developing detailed plans, managing cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, and communicating progress to all stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a proven track record of delivering complex IT projects (such as cloud migrations, ERP implementations, or major infrastructure overhauls) on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, has a working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, and the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams. This role bridges the gap between technical implementation and business impact-ensuring projects are aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities include: Full Lifecycle Management, Complex Problem-Solving, Strategic Planning, Stakeholder & Communication Management, Risk & Issue Management, Budget & Financial Management, Vendor & Contract Management, Quality & Compliance, Methodology & Mentorship.

Basic Qualifications:

9 Years with Bachelor of Science degree in related field; 7 years of relevant professional experience with a Master's Degree; 4 years of relevant professional experience with a PhD.

Preferred Design Disciplines:ย 

Bachelors Degree in computer science, information technology, business administration or a related field, plus a minimum of 5 years of applicable project management experience successfully managing enterprise-level IT projects. Experience in heavily regulated industry such as defense or government contracting. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, ServiceNow PPM Module).
