What will your role be?
Scalian is looking for a Project Manager Officer with project life cycle experience in a manufacturing environment. You will provide top-quality project management service and maintain high standard of excellence in all assigned project management functions.

Job Description
  • Creating and maintain project schedule
  • Ensuring the delivery of the project
  • Problem-solvingย (example: an aircraft part is damaged, how to get it repaired without
    replacement - working with a vendor for repairing)
  • Follow-up of program status, budgeting and KPIs including reporting to all management levels
  • Follow Agile Project Management techniques
  • Ensure data accuracy using G-sheet, google data studio or equivalent
  • Act as a liaison with domestic and international supply vendors
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Mathematics, Supply Chain, Business, or similar qualifications
  • Advanced level in applications (e.g. excel, word and data studio)
  • Understanding of PMO, PM and Bid processes, methods, tools & procedures
  • Working knowledge of Agile or comparable principles
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma, or 5S preferred
  • Strong communication skills (clarity, consistency and adaptability to audience)
