Job description

Position Overview and Responsibilities:
The Project Management Co-ordinator will provide project co-ordination and administration support to the Change Management Leader and Change Management Leads on all matters related to the organisational change project.
The remit of this role is broad and the high-profile nature of the position will provide a challenging and stimulating opportunity for the right individual.
Organisation Overview:
Change Management Team organogram available for separate review.
Key Duties:
  • Preparation of weekly meeting presentation packs;
  • Close liaison with change managers on the progress of their allocated change plans and actions;
  • Providing feedback to Change Lead on any issues or matters resulting in project slippage or advising on concerns in need of action;
  • Offering pro-active solutions to get project scope back on track when specific areas fall off schedule;
  • Provide co-ordination support to the wider Change Management Team;
  • Assist the Change Leader in scheduling and tracking the weekly Change Management meetings;
  • Assist the Change Leader in the formulation, tracking and distribution of meeting actions.

Candidate Profile Requirements:
The position carries significant responsibility and requires a self-starter with impressive organisational, communication and co-ordination skills, an excellent work ethic and a commitment to consistently deliver high-quality, detailed and accurate work. The role demands a driven and committed candidate ideally from a Project Management / Co-ordination background. The candidate will be an innovative, pro-active thinker who will not only react to current situations but also anticipate future issues.
Furthermore, the role will require an individual with the confidence to liaise, co-ordinate and interact with individuals of a senior standing within Talisman Energy Limited.

  • Desirable: Project Management / Co-ordination experience with a proven record of co-ordinating work scopes across a multi disciplined team;
