What You’ll Do

As a central point of contact for our key stakeholders, you will bridge the gap between engineering excellence and customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Leading Programs: Developing Statements of Work (SOW), assembling cross-functional teams, and defining clear deliverables.

  • Strategic Oversight: Managing full-scale project timelines and navigating the critical path using advanced project management toolkits.

  • Risk Management: Proactively identifying, documenting, and mitigating risks to ensure seamless delivery.

  • Stakeholder Synergy: Acting as the primary liaison for customers, ensuring expectations are met and communication is transparent.

What You Bring
  • Experience: 3+ years in a Project Engineering or Project Management role.

  • Industry Knowledge: A background in Injection Molding or Contract Manufacturing is required. (Medical device experience is a significant plus).

  • The "Soft" Skills: You are a natural communicator who can lead teams, resolve conflicts, and manage direct customer interactions with ease.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, Teams). Experience with Smartsheet or similar PMIS is preferred.
