Project Delivery Leadership - Own the full lifecycle of industrial construction projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring schedule, cost, quality, and safety targets are met.
Portfolio Oversight - Manage the company's project portfolio, balancing resource allocation, risk exposure, and strategic priorities.
PMO Governance - Establish and enforce project management standards, templates, KPIs, and reporting structures.
Team Management - Recruit, mentor, and evaluate project managers, superintendents, and project engineers; build a high-performance culture.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement - Serve as the executive point of contact for key clients, ensuring alignment, satisfaction, and repeat business.
Risk & Change Control - Oversee risk registers, change orders, claims, and contractual compliance.
Financial Performance - Drive margin protection through cost control, forecasting, earned value analysis, and commercial management.
Cross-Functional Coordination - Align project execution with engineering, procurement, safety, quality, and operations.
Continuous Improvement - Lead initiatives to improve productivity, reduce waste, and strengthen project delivery systems.
Detailed Duties
Safety Leadership - Partner with HSE leadership to enforce safety culture and ensure compliance with OSHA and client requirements.

Resource Management - Assign project managers and key staff based on workload, skillset, and project complexity.
Executive Reporting - Provide monthly portfolio dashboards, risk summaries, and financial forecasts to senior leadership.
Dispute Resolution - Lead resolution of claims, schedule delays, and commercial conflicts.
Vendor & Subcontractor Management - Evaluate subcontractor performance, approve major awards, and ensure alignment with project goals.
