Job description

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of project management (PM) staff and oversee project effectiveness and efficiency as well as adherence to PM policies and guidelines.
  • Cooperate with other accountable management in defining a project portfolio and the related budgets and resources for each project.
  • Prioritize and assign budgets and resources to projects, oversee and coordinate staffing and resourcing for all respective projects.
  • Monitor and validate the project status and progress, act as escalation point of contact concerning conflicting targets and resources.
  • Creatively use internal and external resources to be the benchmark for project Q, T, C.
  • Select/approve external services of various kind (if needed) and ensure services comply with requirements and specifications.
  • Align case-related PM policies, standards, processes and evaluation principles.
  • Lead special cross-functional projects and initiatives from ideation to successful execution
  • Draft high-level communications, including company-wide announcements, board presentations, and investor updates.
  • Plan and run executive leadership team (ELT) meetings, including setting the agenda, distributing pre-read materials, and managing time.

Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, or engineering.
  • 10+ years' experience with project management.
  • Strong ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable executive summaries and financial insights.
  • Strong experience with product launches - Start-up experience preferred
  • Highly adaptable, able to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, and capable of pivoting quickly as priorities shift.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Previous experience working closely with C-suite or Business Unit executives is highly preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
