Job description

Residential Construction Project Manager

BH Solutions is looking for a highly experienced and organized Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee residential construction and remodeling projects from planning through completion.


Minimum Requirement:

  • 5+ years of proven residential construction project management experience is required.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple residential construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and material deliveries.
  • Create and maintain project schedules and milestones.
  • Conduct regular jobsite visits and monitor progress.
  • Ensure work follows approved plans, scopes, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners, subcontractors, and the office team.
  • Track inspections, permits, change orders, project documentation, photos, and progress.
  • Identify potential delays or problems early and develop solutions.
  • Coordinate project phases and required inspections.
  • Maintain accurate information in company project-management systems.
  • Keep projects organized, on schedule, within scope, and within established budgets.
  • Conduct pre-construction meetings, progress meetings, and final walkthroughs.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of residential construction project management experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, and building practices.
  • Ability to read construction plans and understand scopes of work.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable using project-management, scheduling, CRM, and documentation systems.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
