Assistant Project Manager - WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide support to a team of project managers by successfully completing and managing multiple tasks throughout the numerous stages of managing projects.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Successfully manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines for submitting proposals.
  • Communicate and interface with the project manager throughout all phases of a project.
  • Assist in procuring pricing bids from pre-qualified subcontractors and technicians.
  • Complete all assigned project implementation tasks by set deadlines.
  • Training on Mold remediation will be ongoing you may be asked to attend training and seminars and be cross trained.
  • Assist in coordinating project scheduling requirements with contractors, Landlord agents, and Clients. Utilize the Global software management system GEMS to ensure all projects are properly documented and status updated throughout all project phases up to and including submittal of change orders and invoices.
  • Learn Client software management systems and successfully utilize per Client requirements.
