Description
The Project Manager schedules, plans, and coordinates the development and release of new and updated products.
How You Will Help
  • Coordinates and manages cross-departmental teams to drive the successful development and release of products
  • Assists in the development of project scopes, involving all relevant stakeholders, defining all objectives, assumptions, and requirements
  • Develops and maintains project schedules
  • Identifies and resolves critical path issues affecting product release
  • Evaluates product development processes and teams to maximize performance. Propose and implement process improvements as necessary
  • Assists in identifying opportunities for new or updated products
  • Maintains product development progress reporting for company management, including schedule and estimated product cost
  • Coordinate product launch planning
  • Promotes a safe workplace by performing all tasks in a safe and thoughtful manner in compliance with all rules, procedures, instructions, devices, equipment and use of appropriate personal protective equipment. Maintains vigilance for any hazardous conditions or practices in the workplace and immediately report any unsafe conditions or practice to your supervisor
  • Performs other duties as directed
